Jose–Bear's monomaniacal Custer obsession led us to Fort Abraham Lincoln in North Dakota. Custer was stationed there in 1873 to protect workers as they built a railroad through land the U.S. government wanted to steal from the Indians.

Vanecko developed another interest while we were there: Civil War reenactment. Ask him to go into character and magically transport you back to the 1870s next time you see him.
